Stress Factor TV Show coming this spring

I heard about this new tv show coming out this spring called "Stress Factor", it's kind of a knock off "Fear Factor" series, but I think I'll watch because it sounds pretty interesting. Instead of eating weird things that seem to probably have every form of disease in it, the food is fairly normal, but the factor his the stress you are put under while eating it. Will some people eat food because they are stressed, or will some not be able to hold there lunch because there tummy turns at the side of any edible substance. Look for it this fall.
Ok, that was a pretty bad attempt, but it got me thinking if food is a part of my stressful moments in life. When I am stressed it usually is soothing to eat something, but usually a cool liquid or perhaps a sweet treat like a shake. Either way, food follows emotion. For me, rather than eating when I am swamped, I eat when I have nothing to do. Luckily I only do the one because I couldn't imagine what would happen if I did both. Well ok I can, I'd be fat.
So here is my final prognosis. If I ate only three meals a day I would most certainly starve. Thus, my decision is when I want to snack during the day. This is usually between lunch and dinner, than a midnight snack later at night. What I eat more decides my mood. Like tonight, I ate a whole lunchable because I was swamped with the essay and was up late enough to deserve a fourth meal. Usually, if I have more work to do (stressed) I get some ice cream or a cookie. If I am just wasting time, I get Trail Mix. Its a simple formula, I eat healthy when I am chill, and bad when I am swamped.
So if anyone asks me if I've been busy lately, I'll know they already knew the answer and it was really just a backhanded comment about my weight. So watch it

Nature valley granola bars tide me over an extra 2 hours for lunch. Those things are magic!

Late nights can lead to eating I guess.
